Big Commerce API Credentials

Log in to your BigCommerce admin portal. 

Click “Settings” from the left-hand menu. 

At the bottom of the settings page, you will find the API section

Click on the "Store-level API accounts"

Click on the "Generate API account" button

Select the  "V2/V3 API token" option in the token type field

Give a name for the API connection (It could be anything)

Copy the "API path URL", you will need to provide that to Alluvia

Assign the proper scope to the API connection, which should include access to the following objects: Customers, Orders, Order Fulfilments, Products, Payments, and Metafields.

After assigning the scopes click the "Save" button, and the following window will open.

Please copy the Client ID, Client Secret, and Access token, and click Done

Please provide the Alluvia team with the below 4 fields.

1. The API path URL
2. Client ID
3. Client Secret
4. Access token
